How to Make the Veg Burger at Home.


Meal For Two Persons.

Preparation time – 10 to 15 min’s.
Food Type --- Snakes

Ingredient 

2 burger buns.
2 cutlet usually get form the market (aloo ki tikki)
2 cheese slices.
2 pieces of onion cut in the ring.
2 pieces of tomato cut in the ring.
1 teaspoon of chat masala.
Some butter
Cream for filling.
Some oil to fry the cutlet.

And some souse according to taste chilly or sweet.

Procedure:
  1. Add some oil in the pan wait until it ready to fry the cutlet.
  2. When the oil is heat up put both of the cutlet in the oil and deep fry.
  3. Until the cutlet is fry we cut the burger buns in the two pieces.
  4. Now it’s time to put out the cutlet from the pan.
  5. Put some cream on the buns and spread all over 
  6. Now remove the oil from the pan and put some butter in it.
  7. Put the burger buns in pan to observe the butter to make the buns soft and crispy.
  8. Now put out the buns from the pan and put in the chop table 
  9. Now put some souse on the one buns and spread.
10. Now add one -one tomato slice on the buns then add the cutlet on it.
11. Put the cheese slice  on that and one-one onion slices
12. Now put some chat masala and put some souse on it.
13. Again put some cream on the buns to which put on the filling.
14. Now put the buns  on the burgers.
15.Take napkin and roll around the burgers.


















So your burger is ready. Serve it with green chilly souse or tomato souse and cold drink.
